Safe Space Fitness allows you to take your workouts anywhere! and watch them wherever you'd like.
What equipment do I need?
Nothing is NEEDED, as you may do exercises with bodyweight, but we do recommend lightweight resistance bands (included in the membership).
How much space do I need?
About 5 by 5 feet.
How long is each video?
Each video is about 20 minutes in length and showcase several different movement patterns and exercises.
